It's not quite that simple. First you have to figure out
what the manufacture is, then decide when it was made,
then decide if it is tempered or not.

easy to reply with the yes or no its not doable on that tank....Even
the manufacturers have online references as to their being tempered or
not. Its certianly not a black art.
