The fascinating thing is that strong interest is shown in the UK, where

go absolutely bonkers
about GM foods! Practically every restaurant and market has signs 'No
Genetically Modified Foods'....

Strong interest in the fish and the science behind the way it's done. Not so
much interest in actually purchasing them though!
