Wish I had that same issue, My Xenia died shortly after introducing to
my tank. Thinking I got some bum Xenia? Or maybe too intense lighting
too quickly (I hear you are supposed to acclimate to HAlides)

I purchaced a small piece of Pulsing XENIA a few months back. It is
beautiful and quite wonderful to watch ....however it seems to be on a
forced march to cover as much as the tank as I will alow !. Can someone
tell me the best way to remove or trim it to keep it under control ? My
LFS told me I would not be able yo remove it from thelive rock that it
sucks itself on to firmly ? I have not tried to remove any of it yet
but just wish to know best way in case it starts to bug me. THANKS for
any help.
Same problem. I took a couple of them to the lfs and he kindly gave me
trades, but now it's also overtaking his watery world and he greets me at
the door with NO MORE! I've just been using a scissors on them now. They
are pretty, but they're about to swallow up my whole tank.
