I would love to know the answer to this question myself. You could get
live base rock but the cost is always higher then dead rock and the
pieces and never as nice. The reason to get dead rock is the cost
factor along with getting nice shapes and sizes. Filling up a large
tank with all live rock can be a very expensive venture. Can anyone
help?
