from now on you will not be testing for ammonia or nitrite very often. I

I know it`s illogical----but I dont think I`ll feel righ about putting stuff
in until I get 0 readings myself. Maybe I should just bring a sample to a
different LFS and have them test it to double check.


If you are worried, either get another test kit, or have another LFS
test it for you. But from the life in the tank you discribe I don't
think you have any problems.
