The BBB is a joke. They see themselves as an advertising
agency, and when a person complains to them about one of
their paying members, they don't take action against them
because they don't want to lose those membership fees.
Instead they just play mail carrier with the complaint.

with their cony anemones. They then tell the customers that they can buy
and put chocolate chip starfish in with their anemones and corals, see
they do :-)

The customer then buys the star and it eats their corals and anemones,
and they then go back to the same store, and spend more money on corals.
