Yeah your skimmer is doing great and the foam at the top will happen if you
don't break up the surface more. If you have a powerhead you can point a
little upwards to break up the water surface, not only are you helping the
CO2 escape but you keep the surface water stirred. Eventually the skimmer
will catch that water too and clean it up.
