hello Jen, Oscar's are a little strange, sometimes in there new home
they'll kind of lie on the bottom almost on there sides just waving ther
side fins. Yours will be fine I'm sure, give them a couple of days. Also
if you want them to be fairly tame start hand feeding them now while
they are small
