Just wondering if pygmy angels were reef safe. I have heard differing

The Flame angel nips at hard and soft corals and clam mantles. The Lemon
Peel nips at stony corals and clam mantles. No pygmy angel is completely
reef safe.

I have a cherub pygmy that I've never caught going after any of my
corals but he did decimate the polyps on a large yellow sea fan
gorgonian I put in the tank with him. He is well fed but this seemed to
be a special delicacy.

YMMV.
