You can adjust flow on powerheads by trimmning the impeller blades
with a couple of swipes on a file or sandpaper.

I finally added 2 peewee 90 gph powerheads, but they have a protective
sleve.

I bought the tank w/ a huge powerhead and it blasted a ritteri into a
watery grave.
