in case any one does answer, i've changed my mind and i'm going for a
Jack Dempsey tank, with the hopes of getting a breeding pair. I know i
will need at least 6 in order to find a pair, but coudl any one else
give me any tips or info on JD's?Jacks get upto 10" long. 6 in a 55 is way too many. They are easy to care

for but will always be digging in the gravel and uprooting plants. Maybe you
could just find a breeding pair.http://www.aquabid.com/This is a good place to look.

Good luck,
