Default How often should you feed the Fish

yep, it depends on the fish, but for most fish, once
a day is standard. They will also graze on live food
in the reef through the day.

To some extent, it depends on the fish. Carnivores can handle being fed
erratically, but every two days is a good schedule. Larger (upwards of
3") omnivores can easily handle being fed once a day. Morning is best,
since that gives them all day to "graze" on the leftovers. Small fish
prefer two or three feedings a day. One can usually set up some
arrangement which allows vegetarian fish to eat all day.

At present, the piscine population of my tank consists of small
omnivores. They get fed twice a day; occasionally thrice.
