He was eating flakes them fell down, but mostly algae wafers. He still
eats the wafers overnight. And I do see him cleaning the glass a lot,
but that's problably when he is already full of Vals. If he
doesn't bother my swords and onions, I'll get more of them I guess.

You may want to think about trading him in for a few otos aka otocinclus
(sp?) . They stay small and eat only algae.
