Default Angel with lump on upper mouth

My freshwater angle has had a growth on its upper lip for about a year.
(Yes, shame on me for not dealing with it sooner). *The growth seems to
be getting bigger lately and in the last month the fish hasn't been eating

and how to treat it? *Fungus maybe? *It doesn't look fuzzy...

It sounds to me like it's a tumor.
The fish has already had it for a year and since there are no other
symptoms other than growth in size, there's not much you can do.
I've had several fish live with growing tumors for many years.
It might not look so pretty in another year or so. I've seen fish with
enormous tumors.
