good use of it! (I can easily house the betta in a smaller container until
the larger tank is ready! so this will help me a lot.. thank goodness for
labyrinth fish...)

Some instructions on how to do a divided tank on the cheap at this
site. It may not apply to you if you're dealing with a tank that's
already up and running instead of a new install, but it's worth
looking at.
