Default advice needed on fish disease

It's best not to put stuff in a reef tank.

The fungus almost never kills a healthy fish.

Thanks for your reply.

Any possibility of using an in-tank medication? How about MarOxy?
I've done some Google searches on it and come up with conflicting
information as to MarOxy's effectiveness, and whether it would harm
invertebrates.
