I hate asking this but is there any free software for aquariums/fish
logging?
I found some shareware and commercial products via a search.
Being unemployed does have its drawbacks

[partly kidding]
Some php, mysql, a bit of design and you could create "GnuFish: The
Finest Open Source Aquarium Management Tool."

What all do the available software packages track and do? I ask
because I do not have Windows on my machine ... so downloading even a
freebie is of no real use to me. OTOH, I _do_ have PHP, MySql, perl and
java ... so designing and coding "GnuFish" might be fun.

BTW, OpenOffice does include a spreadsheet -- entering and graphing
water parameters is relatively straight forward if that is all you wish
to do.

Please throw some ideas at me as to what a decent aquarium maintenance
software would do!
