What to use for holding acrylic together??
Thanks, where do you get Weld-On 3? Is this something easily found? I had
tried a super glue type glue that was "suppose" to be made for plastics
etc.. and it appeared it would be safe for fish tanks. It held for a short
time than gave away. Do you know if the weld-on 3 is safe for marine/reef
tanks?
Thanks again,
Susan

The reason that weld-on 3 works best, is because it's a solvent. Any time
that a plastic can be bonded using a solvent, using the solvent is the
best way to go, instead of using a glue.
Weld-on 3 works good on a number of other plastics as well. It's handy to
have around.

I'm needing to glue a skimmer box together from my overflow as it got
broken before getting put into my tank. Anyone know what is the best
stuff to use? I've tried several different glues without success.
