I personally wouldn't mix the two meds.
Aquarisol is copper based so water changes are done to remove it.
Quick Cure can be removed by doing a partial water change and adding
fresh carbon to the filter.

I used QuickCure at 1/2 strength tonight.

As for the nipped Neon fins....don't leave out the neons as culprits
either.
Neons are neon aggressive. They often nip and chase each other for
dominance, foods, etc. They can get pretty nasty towards each other,
so keep an eye on them as well.

There are only two left and I don't expect them to last long. But I'll
watch them.

I would pull up a chair and park your butt for a while. Don't feed
them, or do this at feeding time.
You want normal behavior. After a few minutes they'll settle down from
the excitement of seeing see, and just watch their behavior.
You'll figure out who's doing the nipping in no time.

I've done that to see who the culprit is, and I also often sit back there
with coffee and watch the fish. It's very relaxing and a nice place to take
a break (the sunroom where they are). I haven't seen any of them fin nip. It
may be happening at night.
