I found a larger pump laying around, so I put that into service. So
far, it isn't overtaxing the overflow box, but I need to get a bigger

I can't believe how much detritus is in the tank. I'll definitely wash
the sand before installing any tanks in the future.

Last time I looked in Lowe's I couldn't find any gate valves. I'll take
another look. I'd like to get one for my skimmer.
