I have two problems with PGP 9.6 for Windows Vista.

First I have found out that I cannot add anyone to my public key ring.
Thus I can only send encrypted email to myself. ï¿½However I can clear sign
my email. ï¿½While the public keys of others show up in PGP Desktop All
Keys when it comes to draging down someone's public key only mine shows

Secondly the current window choice using the PGP Icon in the botton
right of the screen does not work and it gives a error message as not
being able to copy the text on the window.

Other than those two errors PGP 9.6 for Windows Vista works fine.
It is a shame that I do not really use it as no one ever sends me any
encrypted email. ï¿½Below is my public key:

I wouldn't agree that the software works fine if you can only encrypt
to yourself. ï¿½ Vista is pretty nortorious for screwing up basic
functions such as drag&drop. ï¿½Still, 9.6 can secure your email account
and automatically encrypt/decrypt email using the pubkeys on your
keyring and according to the policies you have setup in the email
proxy service. ï¿½I still run XPpro so I have no idea how Vista will
handle this but it's worth a try over the drag & drop encryption of
