and web based forums have just as many nym shifters and the posters are
blessed with just as much anonymity.
I could subscribe to a group using some 10 emails and no one would ever know

Whose to say you aren't all of the posters on creativereefing and that your
only purpose for advertising it here is because it's really a sales gimmick
for you

there's nothing more up to date or more modern on web forums either.

text is text, so what difference does it make what the delivery system is.


so who cares what the background and fonts all look like. If you need all
that nonsense change the preferences in your newsreader

if you need the ads and all the other nonsense
subscribe to google groups.

at least with google groups no matter how much I hate it, I can feel assured
that ten years later, the posts will be archived

with web based forums, they go belly up constantly because the provider goes
out of business, or the sponsor just doesn't want to do it anymore. Then
where do you go to get info? back here.

From my perspective, web based is not user friendly, inevitably takes longer
to load, has more virii, and looks like crap with all that bloat

and all those freakin ads
