You'll get various answers to that. If you feed twice a day as most do,
put a little food in - if it's gone in less than a minute you haven't
given them enough. If there's still some left after two minutes, you're
feeding too much.
For the cories, at most a half a bottom feeder tablet per fish once a day
should be more than enough. Don't feed them at all one or two days a week
and they'll do a better job of cleanup. But if you get the food amount
right for the other fish the cories will need fed at least 6 days a week.
