That product that I was talking about was seachem's stability. Get a
small bottle, as you just need a few ml to kick off a tank. It just has
the bacteria you need to get a tank going. Or, borrow a gallon of water
from a buddy's tank. Same thing.

How big is your tank? How much live rock? Sand bed? How long has it
been setup? Livestock?

If you FOWLR is overpopulated, you may need to get a nitrate reactor
(ie, build your own per wayne's instructions). I'd use sulfer granule,
pump, drip gate.
