I don't have one on my site, nor do I use one on my
tank, I have done experiments with sulfur, and those
experiments were interesting. I feel that it would
be better not to use sulfur for a denitrifier.
I have been thinking of building an anaerobic filter
for experimental purposes. I don't have a nitrate
problem, but I think that an anaerobic filter might
prove beneficial in removing dissolved organic
carbons from the water. I did do an experiment with
a 5 gallon bucket that seemed to show evidence
towards that, but that was just a sealed bucket
without an filtration, that was made to go
anaerobic. The experiment was not sufficient to
prove my theory.

Does Wayne have the nitrate reactor on his web site?
