you might try some fish mox, which is amoxicillin advertised for the
fish market. maybe this will help their immune system out incase
they are ready to kick off. other than that, i would give them a
good environment to live in, meaning stock the tank with some rocks
so they have places to hide, and good circulation so they can swim
alot which should help them detox by exercise. this will keep them
comfortable hopefully which goes a long way to healing.

I wouldn't even go with the rocks. PVC pipe fittings (1 or 2) and
stress coat. Good water is a must.
