I've had luck affective a few anemones by pointing a powerehead appropriate at them for a few canicule to agitated them. Sometimes that is abundant for them to alleviate up abundant to be cautiously pried off the rock. If that doesn't work, yield some ice and authority it to the bottom of the anemone for a few minutes.
