Default Which is better? Tubaflex/blood

Many shops sell blood worms that are actually not worms at all but are red
mosquito larvae.

I shop tomorrow and I want to buy freeze dried worms. What's the

frozen)

I don't know the specific difference - probably depends a lot on the
manufacturer. My recommendation would be to get both, and alternate
them with some flake as well. More variety is a Good Thing.

Unfortunately, I've got a picky little puffer fish that won't eat
*anything* except frozen bloodworms. PITA fish.
