I finally figured out
that the dose of amquel I was using to dechlorinate the water was too
high. I only needed to use a third of what I was using..

I will give that a try, though I declorinate the water and let it sit
for a day or two before using it for both tanks and my other frogs
appear fine. Maybe Floaty is a "canary" frog. I am so paranoid about
chlorine that I have been a little generous with the chemicals.
