IME, they're not *as* efficient as a wet/dry as a biological filter, but
they still work well. For example, I have a *heavily* stocked 75 gallon
running off an Eheim Pro 2320, and it works wonderfully.

Also, may I point out that it's not wise, even foolish to post your
personal info, such as name addresses, phone numbers, and real email
addresses to a public forum such as USENET.
