I have a common lionfish in my tank which is new and has not been eating
for about 4 days now.

In my previous tanks in the US I've had a similar setup and maanged to
get my Lion fish to eat within the first day of when it is in the tank.
Usually I get a very small fish (long white that I can get in a local
super market in Hong Kong). I put this on a long wooden satay stick and
wiggle the small fish in front of them and they usually learn to accept
this. This one now is about 3.5" in length.

He dont look stressed as he swims around quite happily. I cant find any
major deseases on it. So whats up with my one?

Spec: Approx 160gals, 110lbs of live rock, large sump underneath,
Skimmer, UV, two triggers, 1 clown and a puffer who are all eating and
doing fine.
