I have seen a million, and for one time decided to write a sarcastic reply
(yes, i know the spammer will never read it).

simple economic theory proves that if a real opportunity to earn *any*
money
of these scams existed, then people with money and resources would do the
scam and it would never see the light of day to the general public. Who
ADVERTISES for you to earn 250k per year (or 3000 per week or whatever
numbers they say) if its so easy to make. No one says "you know, i could
earn $3000 next week, but instead of that, why dont I randomly advertise
on
the internet, and let someone else have that money instead)
