yea you should go high, then once it falls to bout 1ppm you should keep it around there
until nitrats show up, then back down to .25ppm ammonia until nitrites fall to 0

if i see corectly its a 20 pick only 1 of these :
lemon peel / eibl's/keyhole/halfblack angel (depending on availability)
