Default Blood worms

The electric blue is the only one who need a majority of meat type foods...

I would feed blood worms/brine shrimp 1-2 cubes a day..depending on if your
fish are mature (probably not, so 1 cube a day is fine)
and then be sure to suppliment with a good spirulina flake...1-2 times a day
as much as they eat in 1 minute. Feeding less more often seems to get the
best growth out of the fish. Of course once their full size 1x a day you can
throw in the flakes and the blood worms if you don't like to feed so much.

1 son-of-a-gun pleco, all black, growing like a weed and apprently doing

his
job very well.

A complete circus. So much fun to watch as they watch me =0)

29 gallon (US) Eclipse Tank with Bio-wheel
(again, I inherited this tank and fish.)

My question is how much and when should I feed them frozen blood worms?
Should I put it in room temp water before I feed them to defrost them

first?

I was also given a package of frozen brine shrimp. Same questions.

I appreciate your help in the past folks, this hobby is growing on me, but
not as fast as my very friendly cichlid fishies are swimming right into my
heart.

Hopes for the future are a 100 gallon and all the good bio stuff I need to
keep them comfortable and happy.
