ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT. I HAVE A 35 GAL TANK WITH ONE PAIR OF
CONVICTS.I ALSO HAVE 100 OR MORE BABY FRY.I NEED TO KNOW WHEN CAN i FEED
THEM.I WAS TOLD TO USE A TOOTHPICK WITH MOIST TIP AND CRUSHED FLAKES TO A
POWDER THEN PLACE THE TOOTHPICK A LITTLE OVER THERE HEADS.WELL MOM AND DAD
DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!!. I KNOW THAT CONVICTS ARE GREAT PARENTS BUT IS
THERE A TIME YOU SEPARATE THE YOUNG FROM THERE PARENTS. THEY ARE ALL
SWIMMING IN A SCHOOL WITH MOM ON ONE SIDE AND DAD ON THE OTHER.DID I
MENSION DAD HAS IT OUT FOR ME .
I have a similar situation and all I feed the fry is flakes that I "crush"
between my fingers as I drop them into the tank. Dad also doesn't care for
me too much as he will slam into the side of the tank to get me! I
normally leave a towel over the tank to help keep their stress levels down
as I have two small children that think it's great fun to watch the
parents attack fingers through the glass...
p.s. It's somewhat easier to read a post when the Caps Lock is turned off.
