the oscar in the 75 is big (about 12 inches)and very mean he is staying in

1 plec because 1) they get big 2) as they get big, they get extremely
aggressive with one another.

Tinfoil barbs DO NOT grow to 3 feet!! A foot to a foot and a half
maximum. You arrangement sounds fine to me. Perhaps if you do get 2
plecs, after a while you could put one in with your mean oscar.
