I breed kribs in a 20 gallon long. Just the pair of Kribensis in their with
a single pleco. The pleco gives them something to focus on to help keep the
pair bond strong. I remove the young when the parents start chase them a
bit. The tank is planted with rocks and drift wood. A pH of around 7.0
should give you a good balance between males and females. Although Kribs
will breed in a higher pH, the male to female ratio tends to lean more
towards males the higher you go on the scale.
