Default Disembodied Lettuce sea slug head.

They are supposed to recover from major damage, but I am surprised it
lived through this.

Makes sense, but I wonder how common bodyless slugs are. Are they know for
this?

Hmm, maybe it lives on internal reserves and then dies if it can't
regenerate it's internal organs before it runs out.

After a week only the head on mine was walking about, then it just

I found my lettuce sea slug in pieces in my refugium today. I saw him
crawling on the power head that feeds it yesterday, but I didn't think
he would get sucked in through the small slots in it's cover.

The odd thing is that his head still seems to be alive. even though it
is only about 20% of the whole creature, it crawls around and seems to
act as though nothing happened.

Is it likely to recover and grow a new body?
