Well can polyps move off on their own or are their *feet* rooted and they
never move.. because I have had some of these show up on leaves, pulled one
off (leaf) and set it on a rock where I wanted the polyp then was able to
actually sit here and watch it make it's way off the leaf onto the rock..
They just look more *polypy* to me with the flat centers and the *fringe* on
the outer edges..

That looks like the kind of tiny anemones some hermit crabs put on their
shells. I've got a few one my tank, on the LR since the hermits are long
