Default new food sources - big, juicy worms.

I know they like worms and such but I have been persuaded that
sticking to sterile (ish) dead food is the best bet. If it risks
introducing an infection into the tank it just isn't worth it.

Hi all, the past couple of weeks i`ve been trying some foods on my goldies
to see what they like. So far i`ve discoved that they eat absolutely
everything. cheese, ham, lettuce, skinned sweetcorn, skinned baked beans,
practically any fruit chopped small enough to get in their mouths, goldfish
fry, rinsed and chopped szeschuan chicken, chopped boiled egg, chopped
steak, quaker oats, rice crispies, caught spiders and swatted flies... they
gobble up all of the above with far more relish than they do the flake food
(which according the the ingredients list is basically wheatflour and a bit
of ground fishmeal) they`ve been living on for the past 2 years.
