No, you'll need thousands.

We have "the love song of the toad" every night here and long strings of
eggs the next day. I scoop toad eggs out about once a week. They may be
little (at first), but the shear numbers would add a tremendous biological
load on the pond. I never get them all, so there's always a few tadpoles in
the water. Unfortunately, the fish show no interest in them.

On the plus side, they can clean the algae from a pond in no time.

BTW: I do smoke cigars, so be sure to let me know when they hatch...
