I don't, the pond drains until the water level is too low. I got to
thinking about this after I posted, I decided I am going to get a
sweep to put on the end of the pipe which will raise the end above the
desired water level. I have tried plumbers putty in the pipe, I
forget why that didn't work, it should have.
