The tank came drilled that way, I am still playing with balancing the
return and the overflow, I plan on raising the water level another
inch.

I have a spray bar on the side, and a home made overflow inlet. I am
using 3/4" PVC pipe that I drilled in a weeping tile kinda
arrangement...
