sadly.

I asked a shop about the painted glass fish they were selling and got told
"but the kids love them". Some shops say "Oh we know X fish gets big but we
will swap it for a small one when it outgrows your tank". Personally I avoid
shops like these.

But I guess it was a rhetorical question.
