Default G25T8 with Philips e-Matchbox ballast?

Hi,

I have a De Bary Aqua-UV AN-15E sterilizer. It uses a 15W
G15T8 tube (also known as Philips TUV 15). De Bary
also make an AN-25E model. It's identical in size, but uses
a G25T8 tube (also known as Philips TUV 25).

It's time for me to change the tube, and it occured to me that
I might be able to simply put a 25W tube into the sterilizer
instead of the 15W tube.

I opened up the ballast box to see what type of ballast is used.
It's a Philips e-Matchbox, e-M124SH ballast. It's difficult
to find specs on that ballast, but it is labelled as

1 x TLD 15/18
1 x PLL 18/24, 1 x TL5C 22
1 x TL5 24 HO

I don't know much about how fluorescent tubes are labelled,
so the above means fairly little to me. (Web searches weren't
too fruitful, at least not for the above terms.)

So, can anyone tell me whether that ballast could drive a G25T8
tube? If not, is there are a compact electronic ballast (240V input)
I could use to replace the e-Matchbox ballast I have now? (Preferably
one of roughly the same size, so I can fit it into the existing box.)

Thanks muchly,

Michi.
