The good news the fish are a lot healthier ...vast improvement overnight.
After adding the airstone they are a lot more perky....the red around the
gills has gone and the dorsal fins are back to normal.

180litre would be ok for approximately 4-5 fancy goldfish. Your major problem is
you have comets which ideally need 20 gallons per fish! I would definitely
suggest
giving all the comets back, they are typically fast swimming fish and need the
space.
