I bought at Home Depot 2x 18" Philips NATURAL SUNSHINE 15W, 5000K lights for
my 20 gallon tank. Cost me $6.79 each. It has a yellowish color light in
the tank, quite natural. Also, they sell for plant growing 18" light with
special spectrum, may be I should've get that one? It had much less
luminosity.
Are they OK for growing plants? Any one tried it?
Some how, I have to get two or three of these into my light strip, so at
least I get 30 -45W light into my tank.
PetsMart had on one of the 36 gallon corner tank 24" dual light strip, but
it only comes with that tank, they don't sell it separate. Looks it would
fit mine.
I'll search the net for it.
