the "air bubbles" are trapped bubbles of nitrogen trying to get out, which
is fuelling MORE cyano. or it's a bi-product of the cyano eating the
nitrogen..I can't remember...It's just trapped gas, either CO2 or N.

I was able to get the Cemi Clean, and treated the tank last night. Will
do a water change after the 24-48 hours the package recommended.
