Well, er, no... I'm a dog person (two German Shorthaired Pointers and a
Miniature Schnauzer, these days). We had the cat because we had mice (and
dogs that would let the mice run all over them - literally). I'm not
convinced that she actually eliminated the mice, but she kept them out of
the kitchen and living room, which was good enough for me.
