My quarrantine tank filter broke, so as an emergency I'm using one of those
clear plastic ones you fill with wool and carbon.

I dont know how to set it up! I've surfed around but nobody explains it.
neither does the packaging for my filter grrrrrrr.

Does the carbon go in first? or the "wool"? the airpipe seems to blow only
air out of the outlet pipe, it doesnt look like any actual water is being
filtered thru. can anyone help? I know theyre not the best filters but all
I have til the end of the week.
